1. L’origine del sogno
Tutto è cominciato da un bisogno profondo: dare voce alle parole che, da anni, abitavano le mie giornate. Poesie, racconti, riflessioni… erano diventati parte integrante del mio percorso umano e creativo. Sentivo che dovevano trovare uno spazio tutto loro. Non un semplice archivio, ma un luogo vivo, che potesse crescere nel tempo, aprirsi al dialogo e, perché no, ispirare altri.
2. Dalle esperienze passate alla libertà creativa
Ho conosciuto il mondo editoriale e ho collaborato alla gestione di un portale per bambini, che ho fatto crescere dalla quinta pagina di Google fino al primo link della prima. Ma quando ho visto venire meno certi valori per me fondamentali, ho scelto la strada dell’indipendenza.
Così è nato Poeticando, un sito costruito in collaborazione con un professionista del settore, sponsorizzato da un carissimo amico e passo dopo passo, con pazienza e dedizione, ha preso forma e vita il 17/1/2022. L’idea era quella di avere un luogo che potesse riflettere ciò che scrivo, ma anche come vivo: con autenticità, libertà e rispetto per chi legge.
3. Gli strumenti e le scelte tecniche
Per realizzarlo è stato utilizzato WordPress, una piattaforma che ho imparato a conoscere sul campo. Ho scelto un tema semplice, pulito, che lasciasse parlare i testi. Ho inserito sezioni distinte per poesie, racconti, testi per bambini, riflessioni spirituali, recensioni. Ho aggiunto plugin utili per monitorare il traffico, comprendere da dove arrivano i lettori, e creare una versione bilingue per il pubblico internazionale.
Il sito è cresciuto poco alla volta, senza pubblicità né spinte artificiali, solo grazie alla forza della condivisione, al passaparola e alla coerenza. Soprattutto alla mia perseveranza nel volere raggiungere obiettivi per me impensabili. Io e il Web non abbiamo mai avuto un buon rapporto. Me ne sono fatto una ragione…
4. I numeri (che parlano di persone)
A oggi ho pubblicato più di 250 contenuti. Il sito ha accolto quasi 40.000 visitatori e superato 90.000 visualizzazioni. Ma ciò che conta davvero sono i messaggi ricevuti, gli incontri inaspettati, i fili invisibili che si intrecciano tra chi scrive e chi legge.
Ogni visita, ogni commento, ogni condivisione è un frammento di quel sogno digitale che prende forma, ogni giorno, insieme a chi lo attraversa.
5. Un messaggio per chi sogna di fare lo stesso
A chi desidera creare qualcosa di simile, dico questo: non serve essere tecnici, basta essere costanti. Non è necessario sapere tutto in partenza. Si può imparare. L’importante è avere qualcosa da dire, e il coraggio di iniziare. Con passione, sincerità e un pizzico di visione, anche un piccolo sito può diventare un faro. Un luogo di libertà. Un sogno, che sa parlare in silenzio.

It all began with a deep need: to give voice to the words that, for years, had inhabited my days. Poems, stories, reflections… they had become an integral part of my human and creative journey.
I felt they needed a space of their own—not just an archive, but a living place that could grow over time, open up to dialogue, and, why not, inspire others.
2. From Past Experiences to Creative Freedom
I became familiar with the publishing world and collaborated in managing a children’s portal, which I helped grow from the fifth page of Google to the very first result.
But when I saw certain values—so essential to me—begin to fade, I chose the path of independence.
Thus, Poeticando was born: a site built in collaboration with a professional in the field, supported by a dear friend, and gradually brought to life—step by step—with patience and dedication, on January 17, 2022.
The idea was to have a space that could reflect not only what I write, but also how I live: with authenticity, freedom, and respect for the reader.
3. Tools and Technical Choices
To create it, I used WordPress—a platform I learned to navigate through direct experience.
I chose a simple, clean theme that would let the texts speak for themselves. I organized distinct sections for poetry, short stories, children’s content, spiritual reflections, and reviews.
I added useful plugins to monitor traffic, understand where readers come from, and build a bilingual version for an international audience.
The site has grown little by little, without advertising or artificial boosts—only through the strength of sharing, word of mouth, and consistency.
Above all, thanks to my own perseverance in pursuing goals that once seemed impossible.
I’ve never had a good relationship with the Web. But I’ve made peace with that.
4. The Numbers (That Speak of People)
To date, I’ve published over 250 pieces. The site has welcomed nearly 40,000 visitors and surpassed 90,000 views.
But what truly matters are the messages I’ve received, the unexpected encounters, the invisible threads that connect those who write with those who read.

You don’t need to be a tech expert—what matters is consistency.
You don’t have to know everything from the start. You can learn.
What counts is having something to say, and the courage to begin.
With passion, sincerity, and a touch of vision, even a small website can become a beacon.
