May the celebration of this Sacred Birth be a spark of Light that warms, illuminates, ignites, and nourishes the Living Flame of Love in the heart of each and every one of us.
Il Sole di Mezzanotte
Un anno, molto tempo fa,
il Sole sorse a mezzanotte.
Dal cuore dell’Angelo Stella,
giunto a destinazione,
uscì un raggio dorato
che andò a colpire quello
dell’Atteso Bambino
nato per noi:
così ci è stato dato un Figlio.
Avrebbe cambiato la Legge,
rivoluzionato il mondo
tracciando la Via per l’Ascesa,
la salita verso il Padre,
impossibile da realizzare
senza la Sua discesa.
In seguito, ha dato sé stesso
offrendo il Suo esempio,
Sacrificandosi sul legno della Croce,
chiamandoci tutti a gran voce:
presenti, assenti, non vedenti, non udenti,
fisicamente vivi,
spiritualmente dormienti.
Ogni anno ricordiamo quella notte,
quando il Sole spuntò a mezzanotte.
Con queste scarne righe
non mi permetto di fare a nessuno la morale.
Soltanto gli auguri per la Rinascita nel cuore,
attingendo dal pozzo spirituale,
Amore, Fede e Scienza,
per la ricorrenza del Natale.

The Midnight Sun
One year, long ago,
the Sun rose at midnight.
From the heart of the Angel-Star,
having reached its destined place,
a golden ray emerged
and struck the heart
of the long-awaited Child
born for us:
thus a Son was given to us.
He would change the Law,
revolutionize the world,
and trace the Path to Ascension—
the climb toward the Father,
impossible to achieve
without His descent.
Later, He gave Himself,
offering His example,
sacrificing His life upon the wooden Cross,
calling out to all in a mighty voice:
present and absent,
those who do not see,
those who do not hear,
those alive in the flesh,
yet asleep in spirit.
Each year, we remember that Night,
when the Sun rose at midnight.
With these humble lines,
I do not presume to preach to anyone—
only to offer a wish:
that a Rebirth may take place within your heart,
drawing from the spiritual well
Love, Faith, and Knowledge,
for the celebration of Christmas.
