The Sung Tribute to God

With Music written and sung,
supported by gentle words
that, fervent, spring from the heart,
heavenly harmonies are heard.
With angelic voices singing,
echoing brightly through the sky,
the radiant hearts are moved
by the message of love carried
by notes that travel through the air.
Then, with strings, violins and violas,
double basses, the harp and harmonium,
the orchestra takes its form and sound,
and the choir, assembled, sings.
An army ready to perform,
with the master proudly conducting,
harmony and melody already aligned —
the tribute conceived for God,
the tribute willed for God,
the tribute directed for God,
the tribute sung for God.
